It is common in the Central and Eastern European region that even entrepreneurs know little about financing, the logic and functioning of the financial market. Especially if their family has no connection to business and the economy. It is therefore not surprising that the leaders and founders of NGOs in the region, or often the social enterprises that grow out of them, also have serious deficiencies in finance and financing.
Today, we are talking with people who work or have worked in the financial sector, but are also committed to social/community issues and have been involved in social enterprise in recent years.
