Collaborative sectors, synergistic value creation – Introducing the Bridge to Benefits Masterclass (podcast in Hungarian)

The Bridge to Benefits Masterclass focuses on promoting business, environmental and social sustainability in small and medium-sized enterprises in Hungary (and from abroad since 2023), with mentors from large companies, municipalities, NGOs and higher education. The aim of the masterclass is to support micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in preparing for ESG reporting obligations, while raising awareness among this target group that sustainability and responsibility are a business return on investment. Who better to demonstrate this to participants year after year than the large corporate and NGO mentor organisations who are themselves active in sustainability?

The BtoB Masterclass is itself a cross-sectoral cooperation, which in any case goes beyond the workshop series, as the real cooperation starts after the end of the programme, each year, mobilising a more and more diverse community.

In 2023, the Bridge to Benefits programme won the Best Hungarian Programme Award in the category “Businesses for Equal Opportunities” in the European Enterprise Awards, and they have also launched their Alumni Club, which aims to make the BtoB community sustainable.
